Will this be a problem. I have a Itouch for my self, and will be given an iphone (to be used as a ipod for my daughter). Am I going to run into any problems? The computer I am using is a Dell Inspiron.

thanks Dave

Wow, Dave... just wow.

I think you can use two iPods on one iTunes account iirc.

I'm using both an iPhone and an older 5th gen iPod against the same install of iTunes, no problem.

At one time we had four ipods on one computer. No issues.

My wife and I both sync iPhones with 1 computer. No problem at all, and it actually gives both of us the apps either one DLs/buys.

I had an iTouch for a year then got an iPhone. Had both for a while with no problems, apps I had already purchased or installed on the iTouch installed on the iPhone no problem, used both devices for a while before eventually selling the iTouch. Yeah its a non issue. You can authorize up to 5 devices/computers to use purchased content I believe.

2 iPhones, 2 itouches and 2 iPads on one install of iTunes at my house. As long as everyone is on the same iTunes account no problems. The media and apps transfer freely across devices (except the iPads with some apps that won't play nice with them or only with them) and purchases on one device transfer freely to the others.
