This guy is the King of "ran when parked", "just needs (insert minor repair here)", and "no low ballers! I know what I've got!" He's spent so much on these that he couldn't let go and they wasted away to nothing and they're mostly junk. He had some neat cars at one time though.
I actually visited the collection in mid September. It was what you'd expect, dude didn't want to let go of most of the good stuff and not much of it was good stuff. Most interesting was a rare BMW 524td, which was actually in pretty good shape and sitting on a pad.
EDIT: I was also told by other people there that the road he's on is the county line and he had some other cars stashed across the road, I didn't get a chance to see them though.

That road he lives on isn't the county line, which is well east of his property. It may be the boundary between Northfield and Salem Townships though. I have to wonder how much he's actually managed to sell. Most of the stuff I see is overpriced for what's left.
I haven't been out there, and probably won't bother going.
His ads are indeed worded very similarly. But I'm usually left thinking "that would have been nice at one time."
