Hmmmm, new Top Gear challenge?
Clarkson couldn't kill a Hi-Lux but this seems, well, easier. Wonder how it would do with an outboard motor.
A few of our people were over in Afghanistan for a couple years. They broke about 2 dozen SUVs from road conditions alone. A few of them were 4Runners (which they specifically noted since they know I have one) and Tacomas. But they also broke suspensions/hubs/axles on at least 4 Suburbans/Yukons, 2 old Toyota Hiluxes (one via IED), and a few other random things that I don't recall. When I made fun of them for breaking an "indestructible" (per Top Gear and the Taliban) Hilux on dirt roads, one of them mentioned that one HMMWV and one MRAP were disabled by terrain on that same mission, if that says anythign about the terrain 
As noted above, they basically said they had to drive everyplace fast on "road" conditions that normally would warrant speeds about half that, and that breaking vehicles was the cost of not getting shot at or blown up (as much).
