Anyone stayed at the Resorts at Elkhart Lake?

I'm looking for possible places to stay for my anniversary, mainly resorts. I was looking at Blue Harbor Resort in Sheboygan, but I'm open to ideas.

I was looking at Victorian Village and Siebkens in Elkhart Lake. Has anyone stayed at these resorts? Your experience?

I've stayed in the Carousel in Elkhart Lake!

American Club in Kohler. $pendy, but very nice.

I visited Siebkens a few weeks ago and stayed there a few years ago. That would be my choise now that they have rebuilt the hotel from the ground up. Looks old from the outside but all new inside. It's right in town and you can walk to anthing in Elkhart Lake from there, resturants, gift shops, etc.
