I usually make my own ghost laps. I used the Viper I ran last week to set a baseline (1:22), and now I can't beat it. Guess I should have used the GT40 last week and the Viper this week. Dammit.
You can re use cars all you want. No limits on car usage. I just don't want a spec series so I will use a different car every week.
MF Ford Taurus SHO 1:29.987
MR Aston Martin V8 Vantage 1:25.135
M4 Ruf CTR2 1:25.301
I had fun in the SHObox.
ha, yeah, you guys are going to slaughter me again. I think my best time in the corvette was a 1:31 summat.
Unfortunately, for now, i can only play with what cars I already had. My memory card died and it won't save any new cars that I make. Anytime the little white dial spins (the save screen), mine turns red, and freezes. It sucks.
Start your PS2 without a disc but with your mem card, enter in the card file to see what is on your card. erase any games you no longer play.

Oh man... i've got you covered this time.
I'll update my times when i get home so i can get the exact numbers, but i'm in the 1:24s in both MR and M4.
But i agree, the SHObox is a hoot!
I worked all weekend so I only have my baseline.
Viper GTS 1:22.927 (using the whole allotment of nitrous on one lap )
holy crap, my memory card was just full?
Getting an early jump on Seattle. My least favorite track, let's see how I do.
nope, still didn't fix it. do you think it would work if I clear EVERYTHING? either way, I found out my vette was good enough for a sub 1 minute at Tsukuba in the wet...that was kinda neat.
MR: FD RX7 Bathurst 1:23.229
M4: Tommy Kaira ZZ-11 1.24.522
MF: Toyota Celica ST202 SS-II 1.28.639
If we want to enforce can't use same car twice in a row, ST205 Celica GT4 netted me a 1:25.367
How are we working the series scoring?
Reusing the cars is fine, I am not here to win I am here to beat you.
I thought you were keeping track ;)
Week 3: Seattle
I am really good in the PNW, forillydoe

You aren't doing a great job of that so far....
I'd like to do this on a points system.
5 points for first, 3 for second, and 1 for third sound good? I can update first post with the current standings.
We need to recruit more people though...

Needs moar downforce!?!?
Yeah, just for clarification... when are entries due? what days do we start on the new tracks? is there a "series points" standing somewhere?

An Elise with the downforce set on 30 still goes nose up over those things. WTF

I'm updating first post with standings and results right now.
I think entries are due Tuesday, start the new track on Friday. If you want to run Infineon today if you haven't already and can get your entries in today, i'll still throw your times in.

Can you grab your exact time when you get a chance, and i'll put you up there?
