I'm looking for some 1/8" X 1/8" cylindrical magnets. I do not want rare earth magnets because they are stronger than I want/need. But when I search online I can only find rare earth or neodymium magnets. If they are so rare, why can't I find any that aren't rare?
So, does anyone know where I can find the regular old magnets that fit that size requirement?

Neodymium magnets are rated by grade. Lower grade = less effective attraction strength.

What does the N rating on neodymium magnets mean? | totalElement

Ferrite is your other option.

Also, packaging distance can help tame a stronger magnet.
