Glad to see you are up and running. What do the benchmarks put you at vs equivalent Mac systems?
Geekbench tests so far have been in the 9600-9700 range. That puts it slightly below the current 3.2GHz MacPro, but above the 3.0GHz MacPros. It's a 3.1GHz i7 processor, so I'd say that's right about where it should be.
I'm doing fresh installs on everything rather than doing a migration, so it'll take me a few days before I'm actually working on it. I don't think I'll notice much of a difference with stuff like InDesign and most Photoshop tasks, but it should be a noticeable difference when it comes to cutting video and doing After Effects renders and whatnot. That part I'm definitely looking forward to.
