I'm guessing it's an NSU Bison?
Looks like it started here as an NSU 500. Got a single-cylinder 1440cc aircraft engine, which was then bored and stroked out to 2000cc. It's apparently the world's largest single-cylinder motorcycle engine.

I'd pay $100 to see someone kick it over ......
That KJ Henderson adds new meaning to the word "dresser". Apparently the owner/builder push-starts the Bison.
And, after your last sailplane pic(s) - holy wingloading, Batman!

What is that? Apparantly it's a ground effect era Cossie powered F1 car, but the tub looks strange, very high sides for the period?

holy wing flex.. i have always wanted to try that.. but the closest club said my 265 pounds is to heavy.
Lets think about this, what would happen if the wing didn't flex?
I watched a higher performance glider taking off and he bobbled a bit about 50 ft. off the ground. Nothing bad, just a little twitch on the stick; the wing tips stayed put but the body went up and down about two feet.
I'm glad the wings are behind me!

Nope, a kicker under the seat moves the inline four over.
Even the Empire knows - AGATT!
