No, Bethesda screwed up porting Skyrim to the PS3 in the first place, Hearthfire's delay or cancellation is a knock-on effect of it. Ruined save files, framerates dropping to unplayable levels, and even the first patch to fix it caused dragons to fly backwards! Makes me worried because this game looks amazing...
...and will be published by Bethesda, and I only have a PS3 right now.

A friend of mine works for Bethesda. Last time we talked geek, he was complaining about how much he (and others) hated to program for the PS3 - the other platforms were much better for programmers. Less stupid E36 M3 to deal with, fewer bugs to work around, etc etc.
Blame Sony, not Bethesda.
