I love weird French vehicles and the Cityrama Citroen is near the top of the list. I can’t imag some of the conversations where these things were approved.

I don’t think so. It’s a cheap way to make an outboard and you can use them in shallow water.
And weeds and mud. They are called a Long Tail. You see them a lot in the swamps around here.
They also race them in Thailand.

That looks to be a 73-76 Blazer. The entire roof came off of them for when you needed to go topless.

The outboard runs through weeds, bushes and very shallow water. It actually is not great for fishing while running
