Yes, the truck is likely from Belgium. If the bodies are BMW 700's, then those cars were assembled as kits in many countries, including Belgium. So the truck is either picking up wherever the bodies were stamped and welded in Germany, or dropping off wherever the kits were assembled in Belgium. I tried reading the words above the factory door but couldn't. That could be a key. I like a good mystery!

It does look like these are BMW 700s, the sign in the back is in German and the signage on the truck is for what looks like Belgian transport company.
