I saw this exact same car this weekend in Suches Valley, north GA at the base of Wolfpen Gap. I was doing the 3 Gap ride (road bike) and he rolled into the parking lot I was stopped in. I talked to the current owner for almost a half hour, very cool guy. The car is the Roush Superformance mkiii r that was built for the 2008(?) SEMA. Small block NASCAR 427 with a dry sump in the trunk. the guy lives in Marietta but drives the car up to Dahlonega to cruise the mountains often.
The car was un-berkeleying-believable
