It records school lectures and watches as you write (on special dotted paper) then uploads the audio and notes to your computer. I can listen to the lecture and it shows what i wrote when I wrote it in context, or I can touch the pen to the notes and it plays back the part of the lecture. Cool stuff, exactly what I asked for.
I find if you only ask for 1 thing, chances are good you'll get it! Except the time I (jokingly) asked for a red Ferrari from my mom and she got me this:

I got a new hat from my son with a non-car related logo and it is my favorite that I haven't taken off all day.
My wife got me jeans a size to small, I think she is trying to tell me something... I tried them on and we all laughed hysterically. I got them zilped and buttoned but can you say "moose knuckle"? Laughs were shared by all.
I was sent an Erebus Motorsports Mercedes V8 Supercar tee and killer western AU calendar from one of my teammates. Along with the Portland Timbers gear I got from my wife and kid, it made my Christmas extra special.

Ok FNF is blu ray. But the rest are dvds because I asked for them. Old habits die hard I suppose.
The big ones were a Bushnell AR 1-4 tactical scope, a PS4, Assassin's Creed 4, Call of Duty Ghosts, an extra controller and a charging station.
