Sounds like the OS is screwed up from the version-switch process failing, you should move whatever files you want to keep off that hard drive using another computer or a Linux boot disk, then clean-install the OS.
You wait, some knucklehead is going to pop in here and suggest that the OP ditch Windows and try a flavor of Linux instead!
So, have you considered ditching Windows and trying a flavor of Linux?
Windows Pro is more expensive than Windows Home, tbh, you can bypass the login screen to access the computer.

Linux doesn't work very well on my father's computer, and ditching Windows is not a good thing for me.

First and foremost, welcome to GRM.
Second, I gotta wonder, why did you choose that the first thing you would ever say on an automotive forum would be a question about computers?
It just strikes me as an interesting choice.
How did you come about to find us here in this corner of the internet?

When I was struggling with this question, my brother said that if we post this question on "off-topic discussion", i might get some help from everyone.
PS.He is a member of this forum.I also posted this problem on computer forums.

Thanks for the answer. I'm very glad that your brother referred you over to us. Your question is not in my wheelhouse but I'm sure we have many here who could be helpful.
Again, welcome
Does your system dual boot in Windows (what flavor?) Pro and Windows (what flavor?) Home?
What exactly happened to initiate the problem?
Simply not enough info to help much at this point.
Ophcrack doesn't help you bypass the login screen,as it doesn't work on Windows 10 pc (Only supports Windows 7)
It's been set up by default, but I don't know why anyone would think that, maybe they're successful with Windows 10
But compatible with Windows 7/8/8.1/10/ XP......like them:
