I don't understand. Why would anyone go close enough to this person to get kicked? That's clearly a "looking for nuts to crush" smile.

This seems to happen every couple years somewhere. It happened in Chicago a couple years ago. I remember them reporting that one of the victims had to have a testicle removed because it was damaged so bad.
