When I served in the Navy I thought most Marines were THE craziest guys (didn't get to meet many WAMS....the name they gave to female Marines until about 1975ish). But where would this country be without all those crazy guys? Why we still be speaking English, and drinking tea, and eating scones....bleech.

Toured the U.S.S. Constitution in Boston harbor. It was still commissioned as a fighting ship. Tour guide said the Navy sailed the ship, Marine Corps guarded the deck. Since the ship was commissioned their has never been an enemy foot on that deck. Thank you, Happy birthday. Thank you Veterans of every branch of service, it is much appreciated.
