I used to think this was a nice neighborhood.

I've lived in this town for a long time. I built my house in the woods where I used to play when I was a kid. It's a nice place to live.

But this is at least the second time since I built the house, maybe the third (I don't know, I was at work that night), that the SWAT Team has set up shop along the main road. I'm talking "within easy walking distance" of my house. They've been out there for about six hours now.

I'd like to bring them coffee, but I'm not sure that they would accept it. I guess they'd probably prefer that I just stay in the house.

Somebody's having a bad day.

Woody I’m sure they have a plan for food or drink at some point. No matter how well intentioned you are I’d leave em alone and let them do their thing. For all they know you could be a covid positive cop hater who has a chance to infect some of them or otherwise create a situation that could distract them from their mission.

Offer them the use of your jar of Vegemite as an antipersonnel wepon to help resolve whatever situation is currently unfolding?

Though perhaps you want to keep it for yourself.... It's probably strong enough to cure Carona

Vegimite was hard enough to get before this whole mess started. I will always have something to eat as long as I have Vegimite. Nobody's getting my Vegimite.

I don't blame you one damn bit even though I prefer Marmite
