Buffalo steak, and a rare rack of lamb are my favorites - but I don't need sloppin' sauce with them.
Do Buffalos and wee lambs have ribs that otherwise are not good for chops? There may be an opportunity for BBQ yet.

Patience my friend I am still working on getting things going. I have actually lined up some shop space and some of my equipment that I will need for the shop including a machine that can clean even the nastiest Mosin. I am going to try and setup for doing all of the fun ones like what is pictured above. This winter I am going to go and talk to the machine shop I contacted about making my receivers. I am also going to try and talk to Magpul about making their furniture the "stock" parts on my rifles (including PMags).
I have already decided if I do not have a solid job come January that is allowing me to save up the money to start the business I am going to sell my truck and some other stuff to get it going.
Was thinking of turning my rusty S13 into a tow-along BBQ pit after getting a replacement chassis, but I'm also thinking 302 mud toy. I dunno...
