I have been tempted by a hot rod jet boat for years but never pulled the trigger. You should buy one and do a build thread so we can watch.

I did have a lot of fun building this guy. Jet-Set It's not super fast but it will run in 6" of water which makes it perfect for cruising the creeks and sand banks around me.
I'm starting to think about a Mk2 using the 200 hp Yamaha 1.9L HO engine and jet.
