Yup. I've never changed mine.

From day one I've been open and honest about these things on hre.

I tend to change mine to a new one whenever I either a change how the car looks or be I change my hair in a way that is awesome and needs to be shared. And my hair looks awesome in that one.

You didn't have to be, and I really appreciate that. Many of us on here simply don't know very many people in the LGBT community - if any at all. Your sharing is changing perceptions and perspectives for the better.
Wait, can you give us some hint what this operation was? Because some of us are greatly confused after the comments in the "got married" thread.

Apparently it is extremely rude to ask...
Yea, normally when you say "surgery went well" to the general public, you expect them to ask "what happened?"
Hope I'm not stepping out of bounds by saying this, but, with respect, KatyB wasn't born a woman.
I didn't want to be the "Just search her name, newb" guy, but if you do, there's more details to answer the question.
Well I have seen posts hinting one way or another but nothing that came out and said it.
When someone asked for specifics earlier in the thread it was shut down pretty quickly.
Surgery to complete my transition. It was asked what sex I was which is rude. Yes there has been a thread explaining very much so that I was born male. The one about football started by barnca. Born male but always been a woman
SRS is a pretty big deal, and I'm sure it would enlighten a lot of people here to better understand the challenges faced by those that undergo it.

U know that's the biggest reason I am so open. Because people have these views of what a transwoman is and likes and lookslike and I don't fit the mold people envision. This also applies to how people view lesbiens.

Hopefully, the community you deal with on a day to day and month to month basis are open, as well. I had a friend who went through the exact same process, and even though I tried to re-assure her that I thought we would accept regardless, she moved away- not really trying to be part of our groups. She just didn't think that there would be enough support. Sure, I was speaking for other people, and thought they would be ok, and that's always a risk. But, as far as I could tell, she was exactly the same as he was before, just looking different. Oh, well.
Still, walk a lot. I'm sure a lot of muscles were worked around, and perhaps cut for access- ones that are important in standing up. Walk.
You probably know more than you think. I am shocked by the number of people that think no one they know is gay...
:D
Chebbie
Funny u mention that. I just found out a guy I work with is gay. And took even me by surprise.he had worked very hard to hide it. But when u think about 10% of the population is homosexual. Then u have your .1%? That's trans. Either way if u deal with humans ever ur around lgbt folk.
In.response to alfa yes. My day to day life is good... however I'm more guarded in my town. Not everyone knows I'm trans and I don't. Advertise it. The majority of people who I deal with but aren't close friends just think I'm a lesbien and that's it.

To be fair not having seen that thread, I never really new for sure. And I actually thought it was the other way around.
Either way I hope the recovery goes well and congratulations.
I do have a question that I've always wondered about. And I'm sure there are better places to find the answers than the off topic section of a car forum but since your here and everything........After the surgery is done is there still sensitivity in that area? I mean like nerve endings and such or is it mostly for show?
and wow if iwas trying to go male id think my avatar pic and wat I looked like would be a lil backwards.
