Wait, are you saying we're not supposed to do that? I always add more garlic. I just today was recalling a friend in chemistry lab telling me not to stand next to another student, "because she reeks of garlic." I told him I wouldn't be able to tell.

This was my dad - he was Italian.
He was told in grade school to stop bringing garlic sandwiches.

Also my older neighbor. I grew some hot peppers that were untolerably hot, I gave some to Angelo. His wife later reported he loved them! Chopped a little garlic, sliced the peppers and add oil for a salad. My azz hurts just thinkin' about it.

Fun story, when these pics first got onto the Internet some medical professionals became alarmed at the level of radiation exposure that would be required to produce them, luckily they turned out to be CGI'd.

One of my favorite flavors in the world is whole cloves of garlic simmered in chili for a few hours. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm
I used to like baking one, then snipping the end off and squeezing the garlicy toothpaste onto a cracker.
