also....borbet type A's? available in low offsets and 5x120
Did someone say 5-spokes?
17x8's in 5x120mm, ET45 on me Porsche because I like berking with people (and I'm cheap and I bought these wheels for $100, so the $200 in adapters was worth it)
Yeah, I have porsche wheels on my Mazda. Same reason; if I ever work on some expensive wheels I actually own I'll out them on.
Soooooo, I know I said I didn't want to go with any OEM wheels, but I saw this pic today and forgot about the 70-73 Camaro Rallye wheels. I dig them.
Personally I like my parent's TA flower wheels custom painted to match the car... although I realize a lot of corvairs have them

I really only like the WS6 ones with the lip, unfortunately they are 8" wide and the standard flush ones are 7" wide.
WS6
Oh they're called snowflakes, not flower wheels. Explains why my dad hated when I asked about his flower wheels lol. I like my parents "snowflakes" painted to match lol

Yeah, there's snowflakes, and honeycombs. No flowers. Flowers are for new beetles.
I don't know what you want to put the wheels on, but I do have a set of 15" wheels off a Bitter SC that are 5x120, staggered, very 80's, and that I could deliver to MN easily enough. Same as on this car:

Ok, so I really dig these wheels the more I look at them. I have found them on a few sites and they can be had in 17x7 and 17x8 and for about $135 to $145 a piece.
Same guy as that Ebay listing, this dude is legit. Not cheap, but wheel whore for sure.

This thread RULES!
While I will never understand VW stancetards, those 3-piece 80's Trans Am WS6 wheels are boss. I'd rock those HARD on a nasty 1985 Trans Am or later Formula, where they belong.
Year One makes reproductions of the 2nd Gen WS6 Snowflakes, as well as reproduction 1970's Chevelle/Camaro 5-spoke rally wheels, and in different sizes. They make the Snowflakes in 15x8, various 17" sizes, and even billet 18" sizes. They also make the N90 wheels in different sizes now.. you know, these:
