Its not that it is not that good, but it has been over-hyped. There are many who make it out to be next to the second coming. Its fun, a cult classic definitely. But it is not as great as some make it to be.

I've gotten to the point with Austin Powers that I pretty much fast forward through all but the Dr Evil parts.
