We had five kids back in the day and even stretcher minivans were always cramped as hell. Got the E150, first trip was a revelation: open the cavern doors and just chuck stuff in, no more of that "careful packing" BS for us. This was a '96 ('95?) with a small block (pre-mod motor truck) and it still got like 17-18 mpg around town.
