Any time we have a visitor they are sent through our disinfecting room and subjected to a rigorous process involving powdered sugar and hackey sacks.
No outbreak yet so it must be working!

Good news, apparently the rental application was accepted and the keys are on the way to 185 Mockingbird Ln, Mockingville NC

I would send the keys and documents to you via FEDEX services to the current address you filled on the application form and i will also send you the tracking# for the package and get the keys the next day. I'm given you the trust, Please do not disappoint my family because i don't want a situation where by later i will regret of letting the house for rent to you and i promise i will always be a good friend to you. Below are The contents of the documents.
1) Entrance and the rooms Keys 2) The house documentary file 3) Payment Receipt 4) Full address and description of the house.
I have attached the pictures of me and my lovely wife at the FEDEX office and we are ready to send you the package now.also you will have to come up with the deposit so that we can ship out the keys to you asap..remain bless..

They haven't sent them, they're waiting on me to find a way to send them the $$, but I don't have a place to send it to, so I'm not sure how they expect me to do that. I asked for a physical address, at which point I'll be printing everything off (including screen captures of the rental ad and realtor.com listing) to the police station and letting them deal with it from there. Not sure how much good it'll do, but I'll feel better having turned them in.
You need to make up a fat stack of cash, or fake cash, and send them a picture of you at a western union getting a money order with it. Then ask for the address again.
And I have an address, but the address belongs to another property listed on zillow, trulia, etc...
