I've been thinking about this for a while, but I've never seen one or had anyone chop a picture into existence.
The 1968 GT Mustangs had this C-stripe that went along the edge of the body-lines, like below.
I was hoping to get a photoshopped version that sort of follows that, but also gives a kind of two-tone look to the car. In the picture below, the box at the back is the trunk lid and surrounding space, then the pointers going forward sort of follow the '68 GT Stripe to the front of the car. (does that make sense?)
A couple source images for a '67 at the right angle and with the right wheels (although the blue could be a bit darker.)

Thanks to anyone that wants to tackle it.
Like this? You may need to clarify.

Thanks! That's close, but on there the stripe rides over the bodyline and then ends up below it at the front. I was hoping for something that stayed on top of the body line.
Looking at it, I'm also not sure how the rear portion of the stripe would work, with the trunk lid and surroundings being white. MS Paint version below (this paint color is closer to what I am looking for as well) :
The "hip" behind the door is a bit of an issue. For this one I started the slope at the door line. Slightly funky color adjustment.

Not really either of those directly, but playing around with that look for sure.

The hip does throw it off. Maybe it would look better if it followed the top body line?
