I always like meeting more people who share my car hobby, and it seems quite a few of us like beer, burgers and Mac-n-Cheese.
I propose a Beer and Meet. Or, if you're all already members of Tar Heel Sports Car Club, just say so and I'll see you at one of the meetings.
I second the meet.
I'm not a member of THSCC. I've frequented the site/forums/classifieds, etc., but never joined, and probably won't now that family is expanding...
i want to join thscc, and if I still live here when the Z is trackable I will, but I hope I get the bmw job I'm aiming for (or the grm job that never was announced as taken), in which case I'll be a hell of a lot closer to road atlanta than vir and cmp. lol
I can do this Saturday after 5:00 but not next Saturday. Probably can do the following Saturday two weeks from now.

Two weeks sounds good.
I think I'll be out of town that weekend, but if someone could remind me about this later I would appreciate it. I don't drink, but wouldn't mind hanging out for a few minutes....
Thanks.

Told ya
How does Saturday, May 5th at 19:00 (7 PM) sound?
I'll probably be bringing the whole family along, they like burgers and the patio is nice this time of year.
this weekend's packed for me, but if you guys do something like this again the future, i'll probably be down for some burned beef
5/5 is out for me too. Maybe I should have just kept my mouth shut.......I'll try and catch the next one,
Oh, and anyone seen/heard from Carson?? He still lives in the area, right? I think East Coast Mojo does also.
I would love to get together, and of course, beer is my favorite. I haven't seen Carson post in a while but I'm sure he's still in the area.
5/5 is the proposed day, 7 PM the time. I think the time should be fairly flexible, too.
And yes, I can't think of any real reason not to limit ourselves to just one Meet and Greet.
Brett
I would be down for this as well, we live on the coast but the wife and I go to Raleigh as often as we can to actually taste civilization
Things are going to be getting better for NC beer in the next 1-2 years. You guys are getting the new Sierra Nevada, New Belgium, and Oscar Blues breweries.
It didn't happen- to paraphrase a well known saying, "E36 M3 got crazy over here."
Somebody else post up a meeting time and place! I'll do my best to show up in a Grassroots T-Shirt.
Bump from the dead.
If anybody is interested in doing this, let's get it going. Even if only a few people show up, it's a place to start.
I'm open for dates and locations.

I will be in Raleigh the weekend of the 20th visiting family so if you have a meet up that weekend I will probably be desperate for a beer or three by then!
You'll need to log in to post.
