Unrelated but my daughter just spent 2 years in the Peace Corp in the Republic of Georgia, last week she moved to China after signing a two year contract to teach English there, I hardly remember what she looks like........

If there are any local electrical labor unions in the area, they might be willing to chip in for stuff or may have some wire, switches, etc. laying around they could donate.
