... "If it exists there has been porn made with/about it.", is there a rule that states, "If a car exists someone on GRM loves it." ?
Seriously.
It occurred to me on my drive to work last night that I could not think of a car despised by ALL of GRM.

I saw a trabant 601 yesterday.....I thought it would look really nice tubbed with wide meats and a cummins powerplant
like this, but with a boring middle age guy as the driver

I guess you heard Octomom is making porn movies now.
In reply to aircooled:
We'd de-mod all of them, the base cars are still loved models.
I agree. However, I havent seen a modded 90's Buick Century.
Nobody loved the 1992 Buick Skylark - even Buick execs secretly thought they were steaming turds...
I have an illogical want for old Commie cars so probably there isn't a car that isn't loved by someone.

I like donks. Not the kind of car I would have for myself, but they amuse me considerably. You just can't take something that ridiculous seriously.
If I had to have an early '80s Cutlass or Buick or whatever, I'd much rather it be a donk than a useless, dismal stock one.
I didn't think anyone didn't hate Daewoos until DaewooOfDeath/MrBenjamonkey came around...
i'm thinking that Cadillac Cimarrons are not exactly loved. I believe there are a couple of J car apologists on this site but even they draw the line at the Cimarron as anything other than a parts donor car.

BTW my standard response to a thread like this is "Tempo/Topaz." I can't think of a singularly more depressing model that's ever been released. To my eye they have no redeeming features at all.
...so the last time I made that comment, there were a bunch of pundits who chimed in with stuff like "but wait, a 5-speed V6 AWD Tempo would make a wicked rallycross rat!" Of course.

I'd rather have it as is, driver and all.
Actually I think I could have fun with all those old crappy American cars... I have always wanted to make some chase scenes with lots of cars destroyed.

With Tempo and the Skylark I think ultimate sleeper can you imagine the look on some Vet or Subaru guys face say a Tempo could even keep pace? (Ideas are flooding my head as I say that )
How about the Aztec?

I remember hearing a story of my GySgt having a E36 M3ted out $500 Tempo. He pulled into the auto hobby shop on the base, got out, and told my friend that was working there: "You know what the best thing is about driving a car like that is? Chicks know you have money because you don't spend it on your car." (in the most redneck accent you can think of)

Someone will post that pic of that silver Aztek and say they are cool within the hour.

Other than the looks, a surprisingly decent vehicle. And you can get them pretty cheap.
I read this and immediately set out to find a cool Tempo. In the 4 minutes I deemed worth waisting to Tempo research, this is the coolest one I found (And I'm not sayin it's cool):
Jed, you are correct.
One thing I've learned over the years is that any car has potential. Some more than others, and depending on how far you want to go with it and what you want to do with it.
As for the '92 Skylark, I worked with a guy that had one and loved it. Looks and all. Yes he was a bit odd. But he loved that Buick.
