The series managed to bring back every missing character, except the dead kid from the first one. They even figured out a way to write in the characters from the drift one.
So what about the tattoo dude who drives the yellow Skyline? What about him? Is the actor who played him dead? Or in jail? Looks like I'll have to find another way to deliver this pizza.

Leon was a former team member of Dominic Toretto's crew. Leon acted as a dispatcher during the street race at the beginning of the film alerting everyone of police presence, and was a participant in the failed last truck hijacking. His whereabouts after the first film are unknown.
Maybe he got tired of being chased by the "oh E36 M3 cops, cops, cops" and decided to turn away from his life of crime.
Maybe he told the wrong pizza boy to find another way home.
Maybe he got a job in the QA department of a toothpick factory.
Maybe his illegally imported R33 was seized by the gov't and got laughed out of the crew for having to use a bus pass to get to the races.

I always wondered what happened to Ja Rule's character. He just disappeared like his career. Did he win a race then Monica and himself met up with an Amy from backpage for a menage who offed them both?

He also ended up going to jail for a couple years on a weapons charge.
