Nope. He's 42 and drives a Charger on the world's ugliest 24" chromed wheels with the worst looking tacked on chrome trim around the windows, door handles and tail lights. He thinks it's classy. He's hilarious. He really is a good guy, just with a terrible taste in cars and the world's worst work ethic.
Recent experience would tell me he's about 40 and drives a late 90's Pathfinder...
Edit, well that guess came about a minute late...

Sorry guys but that is what we end up with when kids and young adults get a pat on the head and told they did a fine job when they didn't, everyone gets a trophy and people are not held responsible for what they do or don't do. I agree the supervisor should only give him work he is capable of. But if he was hired for a specific job and can't do it the supervisor should take responsibility and fire him. He should be told exactly why he is being fired so that he can get better in skills, attitude or whatever he may need. It will be good for the employee as he will either get better or find a job he can handle.
As a manufacturing supervisor/manager I was very fair to employees and helped train people when I could but also learned that when an employee couldn't carry his load it hurt the overall atmosphere in the shop and other skilled employees resented having to do someone else's work because that employee either couldn't or wouldn't do it.

I was thinking 40's and a pos Chevy cobalt or Malibu.
I figured most would think he was much younger than he is. The car is just pathetic though.
Like I said he's a good guy. He's the track coach at the Catholic School the owners kids go to. That's what he's passionate about. He simply doesn't care and is content on just doing the bare minimum. His wife makes a ton of money but she works from home and doesn't want him around the house all day. That's our opinion about why he even has a day job at all.
As to why they won't fire him it's nice to have a third hand around when we need him. The trouble is trying to keep him doing something productive until that need arises. I know they aren't paying him much.

See, I've noticed something. A black guy will do the whole so no thing, but maybe do it well . Good paint, etc. White boys trying to imitate is the death of all fads. Oni from Japan, the whole btcc clone thing that became the fnf scene, the bad end of big wheel cars, carolina squaaaat....all white people.
Are you saying white people are fad killers?
I really hope this one dies out.
Dammit, I was going to guess he was 35 and drives a V6 auto Mustang with terrible aftermarket wheels and a ratty exhaust.

What language is this?
If you learn that language, it will immediately become passé.
I'm feeling kinda sorry for Colton here. Can't imagine going to work and being yelled at and laughed at all day. I'd guess I'd hide, too. Guy needs to find something else to do, but doesn't sound like he has his E36 M3 together enough to look.
In reply to Basil Exposition:
I don't feel bad for him.
When you have a job, why not work to be the best at it?
I like what I do and I'm very good at it. Everyone wants to be a rock star.
The world needs Bobos, they make you and I look better.
In reply to Basil Exposition:
Save your sympathy for a worthy cause. Believe me he has earned every bit of ridicule we give him. And don't worry, he dishes it just as much as he gets. The only reason he hides is to get out of working.

Eh....pretty much. Think about it. White people get a hold of it, black people are like berkeley, whitey does this E36 M3 now, it's played, and so it goes.

Bits of what used to be english all mashed together due to decades of customer service/service work with my own personal spin thrown in for good measure.

Historically, white's were culture killers so it makes sense. I'll take fad killing over a culture lol. Especially since most fads are terrible in my eyes haha. Sorry, for the thread jack.
Saw this and thought it might fit in here:

Colton "Bobo" Fogger Jr. is now the offical name for knuckleheads everywhere.
In reply to Stefan:
The father of one of my best friends was a builder. I think it was pretty much a weekly occurrence that he would have to take one of his guys to the emergency room after shooting a nail gun through their hand. We also seemed to find an awful lot of beer cans when he would take us along to job sites, which may not have been a coincidence.
