Damn you guys. I am looking on Craigslist at vintage BMX.
Sorry for the grainy pic. Premium Products brand frame, hazzard hubs in BFR rims, Profile DJ crank arms on an FSA spanish bottom bracket, S&M 29 tooth sprocket, S&M ditchforks...other odds and ends:
And for fun, one of me on my previous steed...a DK Legacy:
4cylinderfury- that's a nice bike! That's how my Redline is setup and sweet pic, decent air for that tooDK's are nice bikes, I was thinking of getting an 09 model when I was looking
I think if I was to buy a NEW bike, it'd be a Hoffman Condor. There's probably better, and cheaper, but something about Matt Hoffman and what he's done for the sport really speaks to me. Plus he hangs out with Travis Pastrana, and seems to be also one of the most genuinely nice guys ever.
They are so nice to ride! I kind of wish I would have bought it actually. Yeah, Matt certainly is one of the top guys, done so much for BMX in total. He seems so down to earth compared to some in the sport.

Thanks. thats a6' deep bowl at a local free park near me. Its a pretty fun place, but very tight.
Yeah, that was a real merkun made DK, one of the last. I won that Legacy at a DK dealer open house (I used to work for a shop). I threw an old girls schwinn bike 9 feet further (got a good bounce) than Matt Pohlkamp - a former DK pro racer. That guy is huge. Anyway, it was a contest they did, and typically Pohlkamp won all the time cuz hes friggin huge. The Legacy was the prize. It was a good day. Before that I had 2 DK General Lee frames too. DK made a good bike back in the day. Now I have mixed emotions, but some of their stuff is pretty great still. The stem I had on that Legacy, and still to this day, is one of DKs earliest quill-less stem designs, right after they switched from the old round logo to the newer looking one. Its old as dirt, but still going strong!
That's awesome haha
DK and Kink seem to be making some damn good stuff lately. The General Lee frames are nice, a few of my friends run em.
ok, now where's the tailwhip pic
Geez you guys make me feel old sometimes...
...mine had coaster brakes and a banana seat! No such thing as BMX.
I know this post is totally old, and somewhere in there somebody probably answered your question, but Schwinn made the Freeform Disc in 1987 with a Yo! Rock and Roll seat (cheesy, but dang expensive now as I am finding out - my broke years ago and doing a restore). It was actually more of a purple color though. Had white discs on the wheel like the Huffy Sigma of the time. Here is a link to it in the catalog (this site is pretty handy to narrow down bikes).
If you didn't get it answered, hope this helps.

Wow--I totally remember the Yo! Rock and Roll now!!! Wow. I'm sure this stuff is common in the vintage BMX forums, but it's a riot for me to see it after so many years.
BTW, over the weekend, I told an acquaintance's 14 year-old kid to check out Rad online. He was fascinated by the bikes and mystified by the flatland freestyle in the opening and closing credits.
