Back to work with a monster backlog to slay. Guitar shredding without vocals is what the Dr. ordered.

If my hearing were worth a E36 M3 probably some early 'Cream' or perhaps some 'Rock n Roll animal'
which come to think of it were probably the vehicles for my hearing demise...........oh and a pinch of Alice Cooper too.....peace
Mndsm said:Run the jewels- hip hop group comprised of Killer mike and producer turned rapper el-p. Mike did a docuseries on Netflix I really enjoyed called trigger warning. I knew i liked his flow from a verse he did for outkast on "the whole world". Also knew volcom picked them up as sponsored. Decided to give a listen. Very Atlanta deep base almost trap beats with decent rhyme composition. I'd love to run it through a boomin' stereo.
I've played Talk To Me through a Volvo S90's Bowers & Wilkins stereo. My god, what an experience.
Any ETIDiots on here? I've been craving their blend of metalcore and hardcore today. Floater - Every Time I Die
I started the day by listening to my 3D printer.
It's only a matter of time before someone is writing music for it, like the F1 teams did for their warmups. Or that already a thing?
There are a number of great musical artists that I love, despite their political affiliation. Bruce, Barbra, and Jackson come to mind. I love all of their music, but I dislike their politics ... which IMHO, they should really disassociate from their art. Great, great talent. Early Bruce is fantastic here in this piece.
My playlist on Spotify, its an eclectic list. On shuffle heres the last 3 songs
Funeralopolis by Electric Wizard
Since Ive Been Loving You by Led Zepplien
Boubon In Your Eyes by Devil Doll
I'm working my way through all the AC/DC stuff at the library, when I'm not listening to the Person of Interest soundtracks. I need to listen more to Djawadi's stuff as I haven't seen any of Game of Thrones or the other TV/movies he's written for.
Caravan Palace
It's all fun and then all of the sudden the singer absolutely spits fire at the one minute mark. It isn't sped up, she can nail the lyrics live as well. I've been on an electro swing kick for a few days now.
'67, Cherry Red by Aaron West and the Roaring Twenties. The backstory here is that Aaron West is a fictional character who, in the course of the first album, went through the worst year of his life. His dad died, his wife had a miscarriage and his marriage failed. He ended up taking his dad's old 1967 Mustang down south in an attempt to find his feet. After the downward spiral depicted in the first album, he found his feet and this song picks up with him selling his dad's Mustang in order to square away some debts and get back up north. It's triumphant yet bittersweet.
