We were buying a car anyhow, but picking up the Mini on the 23rd jibes nicely with our decision to call it our present to each other. I dig it!

A bunch of wool socks, a history of NASCAR book, a wool toboggan, and a new GoPro 4. Not to mention some great food and good times spent with the family.

Her parents got me a cool vintage looking tool rules sign for the garage and a multi tool
Thanks everyone.
The GF got me a pair of tortoiseshell Wayfarers and a Mityvac! Turns out she hates pumping the brake pedal to help me bleed brakes so she was more than happy to get me that vacuum brake bleeder
Huge bag of pistachio nuts, some chocolate of various types, and some James Bond dvd's to replace my old VHS copies oh and a $5 gift card from Wal Mart to buy hot wheels with.
A couple CDs, DVDs, dremel work station (drill press kinda thing), Lego Ecto-1, misc hobby supplies, some other misc gifts.
My 6 month old and her cousin got downright spoiled by the siblings and the rents..made me think we didn't account for Christmas and maybe we didn't buy a big enough minivan
A garage door opener which I spent today installing. Makes it easier to park the other present in the garage.... A 2016 Mustang GT which I bought the week before. Which is most likely Christmas for the next few years.
A new train car and bus for the train set, a good carving knife set for the kitchen, bbq grill basket, seasons 1-6 of EMERGENCY.
I was also off on Christmas Day for the first time in 15 years so I got to go to my parent's forChristmas Eve dinner and my inlaws on Christmas Day.
In reply to Wall-e:
This year I watched all seasons of Emergency! via Netflix. It really is a great show. Great gift.
We watched all seasons of Adam 12 also on Netflix.
Sadly, Netflix does not have CHiPs.
I had to work 24 hours on Christmas Eve (8am-8am) and I was afraid that I was going to get stuck there for Christmas day too. All I really wanted was to not get beat up too badly at work, and then get home in time to see my kids come down the stairs and open their stuff, which, thankfully, I did. I was very happy.

Gotta tell you this story. My 1year old loves buses. He screams "ba" when he sees one. We went for a walk today and he saw a bus and had a good freak out of pointing waving and yelling. The driver was clearly happy that someone recognized his service on Xmas day and pushed back his window and yelled "merry Xmas", which just made my son the happiest kid in the world. I'm glad you had a day off.
My wife got me a 128gb Micro SD card so I can load all my music on my phone, some socks, gloves, a cool Patriots winter hat, and Black Sabbath's Master of Reality album on 180 gram vinyl.
I also got the game Clean Sweep for the Vectrex because I ordered a different game (Hyperchase) for SWMBO and he shipped that game by mistake, so he cut me a sweet deal on it instead of returning it. It is kinda like Pac Man but with vector graphics. Gonna party like it's 1982!
Baby monitor that gets reception in the garage. Swmbo tested three different products to find one that would do the job. Now I can wrench while daughter naps.
