These are the screws/bolts that are used to attach runners (blades) to the holders on CCM skates. I need something similar to fix a recliner that we have. What is this type of fastener called? I assume they're readily available at Home Depot/Menards/Ace?
Thanks!
Mcmaster calls them Binding barrels and screws

There is another name I can't think of right now. The name of a city or something.
Ace hardware stores around here often seem to have a couple-few containers dedicated to furniture hardware, though I'm not sure I've seen tube nuts near that form factor. What I remember seeing, however, is no indicator of what's actually there.

Tube nut is usually reserved for brake fittings
At least in my part of the world

At least one online vendor agrees!
This is a joke right? You knew the answer and just wanted us to talk about it?
Think it through and remember most bolt design occured in a time before irony and Meme. Frequently fasteners are male if the have threads on a shaft and female if they have threads cut into a bored hole. Here There is a male bolt and a female bolt of similar design. Sometimes when a mommy bolt and a daddy bolt really love each other you have a sex bolt.
Next time we will talk about the name of a electrical motor termination box...
*Link above not actually NSFW is link to bolt Depot sex bolt selection.

Do NOT take that to urban dictionary.
I once visited an architect's office and they had a large erection bolt (heh) marking the men's room door and the corresponding nut for the women's room.
