I'll give you $700 for the Dana44 that's in that if you want to pick it up and part the rest of it out.
I don't, but I should. The 6MT with bell etc is probably worth $1500.
I have a 97 f-body w/ 6MT I could make somebody a deal on. Rust free southern car. I know, not quite a C4
If that was a 98 I would have a hard time pretending that I didn't just check to see how far away Dothan is from my Father-in-law's house in Foley.
Side note: There is a dangerous amount of enabling in this thread.

'98 LS1 F-bodies are a bastard child. There is a fair amount of "you can't get there from here" compared to '99-up cars, electronically.
GM made significant changes pretty much every year between 1995 and 1999.
One of the most pain in the ass engine swaps I ever did was putting a '98 LS1 in a '97 Camaro. The guy got the drivetrain for what he thought was cheap, and the seller thought was a ripoff, because the buyer had no idea and the seller did.
I'll be in Foley this weekend for my son's soccer tournament and I'm supposed to go to Dothan this week or next. Not sure why that's noteworthy

Sorry, just saw. I never have put it in iit own post... I always plan to do a little more first!
'97 LT1/6MT, friend is original owner. 170K miles - still on original Optispark! (Might be last one in existence!!!) Almost everything is original, 'cause she had next to no problems all along. Sat in woods for 6-7 years. I pulled it out, took ENTIRE interior out to clean. put a battery, oil change, and fuel pump in... and drove it around the block! Needs body work, but parts car has the panels needed. Has now sat in my barn for another 4-5 years!
Heck, just use the parts (6speed MT) to hop up that wagon!

I was on days for a month, but started back on nights this week - 7pm to 3am. Let me know, and we'll "do lunch"

Better move fast!
If anybody wants one, we can make him a package offer on the other. I'll even take the worst of the two!
My friend in the FL panhandle has a spare 11:1 compression 350. He sent a message about that $500 C4 in Alabama, no response.
I'm trying to get him interested in the 2022 challenge.
I missed a post on a $500 c4; what part of AL, I might could help. Or be interested if your friend decides not to get.

A couple of posts back on this page, stroker posted a screenshot of the Facebook listing and a link.
Following the link just shows no longer available.

Ah! That one was in MO. It was a deal for two... I posted I’d take the worst of the two,if a one else wanted to go in.
No surprise that wasn’t around long!
This one has Radwood ready wheels for $1200
$1200 with a 3.07 rear gear, most autos have a 2.59 rear gear. Extra style points for the drift stitches

That '84 in Norwalk, OH: Anyone about to make a Spring Break trip to FL?
They don't sell whole cars, but this '85 showed up at one of the twin cities (MN) U-Pull yards last week:
I kinda like the two-tone paint.
