So, now I'm wondering how long it'll be until we get the FR-S / BRZ as part of a DLC. Better yet, the BRZ GT300.

Just started playing last night. What a blast! I whooped and jumped for joy the first time I made it around Infineon raceway with out crashing LOL!
I'm also an epic fail at shifting....so it's an auto box for me for the time being.
Tried using Kinects for driving....the hand held controller is better IMHO.
So far, the '71 Skyline GT-R is what I'm most comfortable in....and do the best in. Squirrely beast though.

They did have the concept version in FM3 I am not sure if its in FM4 but I am sure they will add the car to the game at some point.
You wanna talk about squirley, an e36 M3 with 550hp, no aero, and no slicks. That had to have an alignment done to keep it going forward and its still a handfull.
I LOVE all the muscle cars in this game. I have a bunch of them built up to different classes.
I still need to fine tune the Dart to see if I can make it competitive in A class circuit racing. Seems to have accelleration but can I make it stick in the corners?
I figured I would throw my .02 in here...
I love Forza 4! Its fun! I know that seems odd to say but some of the GT series games seemed like homework and Forza 2, the driving dynamics was wonkey...I could never get cars to turn...Now its a pleasure to come home and race for a bit and tinker with cars... you can tell 2lbs of pressure in tires, sweet!
This game is huge! I am level 34 and have explored 17% of the game.
If you want to keep your S.O happy let her pick a couple of bonus cars...she will reward you with more driving time
The best trick is.... throttle modulation... I have been tainted my GT games and have a tendency to mash but if you want to be good and drive anything rear drive or over 600 be gentle and caress the gas and brake... its even ok to coast at times.
With braking on yellow means go!
+647 on the affinity, its there use it.
The A.I can be ruthless at times but hey I will take that for the awesome graphics, its so cool to see your shadow and creepy too when you think its another car...talk about realistic!
Oh and as far as tuning, it seems that the cars (or at least my driving style) like a lot of rear bar...?
So those are some of my musings for sombody getting into Forza...
And if you ever get frustrated here is what I do... Pick your slowest car then go to event races and see if you have not completed anything... and have some fun at the 350 level with your 700 skills, and it will pay off in the long run with more fun...
Oh and how can I use "head tracking" to help me... I have had it on and seems just to sit there, do I really have to lean?
Thanks and hope this helps
In reply to Brokenbrakes:
Use a tuning calculator to give you a starting point and adjust for personal preference. I use an android Forza calculator. (for help drifting, everyone has a different style. Don't buy any drift setups. Try the club garage ones and find a style you like, then ask that person how to tune it.)
There is a tuner for the head tracking. Trim the background first, then adjust the settings for yaw and lean. I turn my head when I'm not excited, but lean when I am really trying. You can adjust them from the pause menus, so get it right and you will not even notice it working because it seems so natural. Works fantastic for me.

Racerfink I see that you noticed some of my Rivals times and decided to put me in my place. I have completely given up on beating the time you set with the HKS Evo on Tsukuba Circuit. I hate that car with the fire of a thousand suns.
When I really need some money, I'll go into rivals mode and run four or five laps on a few different ones and pick up 150 or 250k at a time. I've only got about 25 cars to go (excluding unicorns) before I own every car in the game.
In reply to racerfink:
With 100% discount on parts, its super easy to own many more cars than before. Your times are pretty hard to beat.

Thats ok. Rivals is fun.
In reply to racerfink:
Dont tell me these things. Can you still do races you have completed previously in career mode and still make the same amount of money from them?
Then again, I am almost at Level 40 and there arent really too many more cars that I absolutely MUST have.
