so just recently my code reader or the port - i dont know which has decided to give me a really really hard time... the code reader only powers on if i hold it at a certain angle?? Do i need to buy a new connector buy the sounds of it ?

I could possibly ask my brother if i could use his car to test on.
Would i have to replace the entire port if that was the cause? would it be easy ?
