here is another one this is mine and yes it's a little over the challenge price but i know a lot of forum members really like these and this is a 5spd car. i just got it and before i spend to much time with it i would like to sell it. i have right now a M6, L6, base auto, base stick plus the Callaway i think i have covered the 6's. this is a really nice example everything works and it is in really nice shape. this is a 2 owner car it has a new clutch, tune-up, tires and a long service record that comes with car. i will be driving the car back and fourth between DC and Pittsburgh
Price $2,400.00

What does the underside of the car look like? I've sort of gotten used to southern cars. This is a car that is on my buy list when I find the right example. Yes, I'm sort of tire kicking, but when I find the right one I'm going to pounce.

this car has been garaged kept its whole life there is a dime size spot of surface rust on driverside fender thats it, very, very clean example
mileage 132k
Crap, I was afraid you'd say that. These are the coolest of the 80's BMW's by far. Let me see if my wife would kill me if I flew to pick up another car.
I showed her the thread and she said she only might kill me. She wants me to get the garage done first. It's a coo, car and I hope it goes to a good home.
If it's still in your driveway later in the spring then I might test out the "might" part.

This 6 is pretty clean, GLWS Mark.
sweeet car but blue interior FTL. GLWS!
i sent the car to friend here in MD who owns a Top BMW repair shop to check this car out and give me a second opinion on the car. it came thru with flying colors.
the cat needs to be replaced or removed it is rattling. the front end is very tight as the rest of the car. he said the only thing he would do is change the shocks besides that the only nicer one he knows of is my M6
blue interior is killing me. so much want, but so much hate. classic battle of man versus self.
This thing is reeeally testing my willpower

The blue interior just makes it more 80s-tastic to me.

The underside of that thing is clean!
That looks like a Texas car. Amazing. Somebody buy this so I don't have to check back and look at the pictures every day. Please.
i did not need to see that video. BMW big six makes sweet noise.
That thing is really starting to grow on me as well. Did you get anywhere near the 19/29mpg?

Damnit... I really wish we had more room. Unfortunately, we are completely maxed-out of car parking.
I have the driveway room, just no money. Something about a Volvo and a Harley.
Tell ya what Ian, you can park it here, and I'll keep the keys convenient for you.

Sure... if you can manage to pry them out of Robyn's hands (it would be her car, not mine).
