1994 E150. "Betty"
Betty has been very good to me (betty good)
191,xxx miles. 5.8 engine, EOD trans. Aftermarket wheel, newish tires. The lights on the bumper are good, but no hooked up. All of the seats will come out, and it will swallow two bikes. Or one bike and a sleeping cot. Front and rear heat. AC up front. Stock stereo, but it sounds great and I use a cassette adapter for my iPod.
Factory tow package, receiver hitch and bumper hitch. Pulled a Lincoln Mark VIII from Iowa to Oklahoma. Pulled 4 bikes, one wife and 2 very fat dogs with a ton of other crap (10,500lbs total) from CO to Oklahoma.
Now, it does leak about a quart of oil a month. The radiator has some pinhole leaks and the heater core is leaking (outside) a bit. There is a dark stain in the back where an engine puked it's left over oil being hauled. The front end is a bit vague, but I am used to it and the wife has driven it several times.
This is a good tow pig, and the price is right. Car is in Edmond Oklahoma, about 3 hours north of Dallas. Could also be a good camper hauler or work van.
Again, looking for about $800 (thats the GRM price), but interesting trades considered.
Contact me or ask questions here, I am sure I missed something.
Damn Mental!
Love the color.
Rust free!
Known history of car/seller.
I have cash!
I have room.
I have absolutely no use for this vehicle !!
Oy.
are you going to the Rolex? mine is so rusted out and I want another
That is a Berk'n steal!
Nice lookin van, good luck.
Wish you were closer. Nothing in New England is that clean.
I should not even say this...but...
Any interest in an '86 volvo turbowagon with 5 speed? We'd have to meet somewhere halfway...but who knows. (posted from work where I can't even see the photos of yours yet).
There's a thread on mine here somewhere...

I wish I was, but a minor family medical challenge had other plans. Its a shame to, I keep it at the same shop you got the Chevrolude from.
Its about 20 hours from here to there. Fly in, grab it and head down. I'll pick ya up at the airport.

Soooo tempting. I could haul my bikes with that too! But alas, the tow pig has been replaced. Thats my only reason for selling it, is I have this now.
i really wish you were not 1,023 miles away, i need a new around town van and i love no rust. up here an $800 94 econoline - well - you can see someone on the other side of the van without looking through the window. if you look up gaping holes on google images there is probably a picture of a rusty ford van. on second thought, you might not want to look up gaping holes images with anybody else around.

Mapquest tells me its a mere 16 hours from here to there. You would use roughly 57 gallons of gas, costing around $170. (van gets about 18 MPG on the freeway). Southwest has "get away" fares starting at $197. Basically you are in the van for $1270, but for you, I will buy your first tank of gas, knocking almost $70 off that. You can sleep in Betty, trust me, I have done it.
You know you want it....

...actually...um...no....
...I am getting another one.
Don't get me wrong, the Elky is really cool. But the picture makes it look better than it is.
BTW, if you guys are ever north of Dallas, stop by Harwell Motors. Or waste a day on their
website. They change their stock often, so that place can fuel a lot of adolescent fantasies
But I shamelessly whore my thread.. seriously, what GRM'r wants a van. Southwest flies directly to OKC, for cheap! Buy the van and I will treat you to a proper BBQ dinner.
Dr Blade, if you kick me a small amount I could hold it until April

If it had a raised roof, I'd be in trouble...
Hmmm...My sister is in OKC, and they were kind of looking for a van. They were really looking for more of a mini-van/kid hauler, but I'll tell her about it. Does it have back seats?
i can't do airplanes. the amount of drugs or alcohol necessary to get my onto a plane would likely get me stopped at the gate or thrown out at 30,000 feet. so i'd have to drive out and back. the only way that would work is if i still had a dolly, because i could tow the dolly out with the sonoma then tow the truck back with the van, but got rid of the dolly when i got the flatbed.

Yep. I have all the seats, 4 Capt chairs and a bench. Seats 7 comfortably and safely
I want it, I need it, I just cant afford the time to come and get it
