I like the wheel choice too. Bonus, it says it comes with title and original literature.

Theres just a fiberglass shell on the local CL. The guys been asking $2500 for the last few years.

That seems to beg for a Lightning McQueen Power wheels paint scheme. 

I'd love to put those wheels on my baja bug.  

I kinda really want that, but i’ll be damned if all vw based kits aren’t extremely awkward at the back end

This ones actually not bad. Most of them have an awkward long nose that implies an overcompensation of manhood. The fanny usually is bigger, yet not as beautiful, as J-Lo. 

That said, this kit isn’t the worst I’ve seen. Why hasn’t someone present made a good looking kit car?

Not so bad, IMHO

Just keep in mind it is in the Wyoming/Colorado area, and nowhere near the Indy CL it is posted on. Seller also has a couple VW chassis with engines that he listed in his FB Marketplace ad, IIRC. 

The shortened floor plan in it doesn't look to spiffy.
