Lets see your photos of your moms car or the car that you first remember being carted around in by your mom or if your mom just drove cool cars those are ok as well. Basically any car that has a story related to your mom!!!
I don't have any real photos of My moms car but a little internet searching and I found this. It is exactly the same car that my mom had when I was a kid. I think it was her first new car and maybe her first car ever. We spent hours being carted around in this thing. For some reason my mom would not drive on the highway so no matter where we were going it was always back roads. To this day she will not drive on the highway.
In all her glory a 1970 Mercury Montego Wagon. I don't know what the color is called but it is the exact match to moms car.
On a side note when we were at the dealer Dad wanted this. I actually remember being at the dealer with mom and dad and him looking long and hard at this but with me being 5 and my sister as a toddler and another one in the oven mom got her wagon.

My mother mostly drove this Dodge Maxivan in orange growing up. We also had a Datsun 510 wagon but she drove that less.
Behold, Mom’s 1972 Ford LTD wagon complete with faux woody treatment over blue paint.
If you look closely, you can just make out the smudge marks on the rear passenger side window…those were from me pressing my face against the window hoping to spot one of those wildly more efficient and logical VW Beetles.
I'd have to find and scan the pictures of the real one, but mom had a chocolate brown '79 Ramcharger at one time.
No pics of this one to my knowledge, but she later (circa 2004) had a black '89 Grand Wagoneer.
Most of her car history that I've been familiar with was various small SUVs, and most recently a Crosstour.
The exact car I took my driver exam in back in 1988. This is not the car (The Tank), but it's to the same spec: 1973 Oldsmobile 98, Chamois Gold, black vinyl top. I have a pic of the actual car somewhere, but this will do.

My mother didn't get her driver's license until after my father died when she was 65 years old. Her first car was a 1980 Chevrolet Citation which she traded my father's Mustang in to get.
I've not found a good photo of my mom's first car. When she graduated highschool in 1970 her parents bought her a brand new Chevrolet Vega. She still talks about how it got 300 miles per quart of oil and how she fell through the rust hole in the floor when it was less than 6 years old.

My mother drove a Ford Fairlane wagon that I barely remember.
While my dad had a steady stream of interesting sporty cars ranging from MGBs to Corvettes, my mother had no interest. To the best of my knowledge, she never drove any of them unless her regular ride was unavailable, and then it was done under protest. On the other hand, mom always got cars bought new while dad never did. But mom's new cars were always stripped base models with manual transmissions, and she drove them until they were almost completely used up.
After the Fairlane wagon:
Falcon wagon (both of these also served as dad's race car tow vehicles)
74 Civic
81 Plymouth Champ (aka Mitsubishi/Dodge Colt)
86 Mazda 323
01 Ford Escort ZX2 (suffered a head-on crash with a driver having a medical emergency)
02 Ford Escort ZX2
07 Civic (her first 4-door, and her first automatic)
In the mid 90s my dad tried treating mom to a classic car. He found a ratty 66 Mustang 6cyl/auto convertible and gave it a mechanical going-over and cosmetic restoration. She drove it a handful of times and said "thanks, but no thanks." Too big, too slow, too old.
My mom had a 1980 Honda Civic with a 4 speed transmission that she bought new. She had it until the early 90's.
It was just like this one, same color and all
Mom ,rest her soul, had a 1971 145 wagon 'the blue whale'

I'm not sure what my mom drove, unfortunately she passed when I was very young, and my father less than 10 years later, so he's not s reliable source either. I still have his Volare though.

This isn't actually my mom's but she had one like it. Gold Super Beetle c/w hand cranked sunroof.
Dad convinced her to give it up for one of these minus the decals. It did have a 4spd manual and a Poncho 400:
Not Mom's actual car. Just think rattier.
I have vague memories of this style late '70s Corolla in brown sitting in our carport. Had to be mom's since dad always had a truck (Mazda or Toyota).
My parents had an early '70s Volvo as their first car. I never saw it but every time my mom gets into car buying mode she always brings up this Volvo. Someone rear-ended the thing and my dad tried buying taillights for it. She remembers them being hundreds of dollars in the 1970s so they did the red tape thing over the broken lenses. She won't ever consider another Volvo product since they're "all so expensive to fix."
She also tells stories of growing up in her tiny home town. The sidewalks on the old, wide streets were poured at the same grade as the asphalt. At 12 years old and older she'd be sent, driving, to the corner store to pick up groceries on credit. Her instructions were to "stay on the sidewalk and out of everybody's way."
Happy Mother's Day!
The first car I remember was an early 80's Regal. I never used the doors to get in, I would climb through the windows because it looked to me like a NASCAR.
First car i remember her having. Followed by a white Taurus from the early 90s.
We only had one car at a time growing up. 1958 Mercury Voyager 9 passenger wagon is one we had the longest. 430 Lincoln engine with juke box drive. You see 1957s and 59s all day, never the 58. Too bad, I would rock one.
Unfortunately Moms was about 5ft. tall so anyone in the front seat kissed the dash.

Mom had one of these, but not very long:
then she had one of these:
followed by:
then the slowest thing I think I've ever driven - a 240D, non-turbo automatic
followed by:
and her current ride:
My mom learned to drive when my parents got married. This was their only car and, yep, they were the original owners:
Mom had a string of crap cars in the beginning (think $50 cars that lasted a month or so each). Followed by a few somewhat better machines. But the 1985 Dodge Grand Caravan in white with wood "panels" and a red velour interior sticks out in my mind.
Family fleet circa 1967 - Mom's car was the Squareback.
Mom started with a new '64 Corvair convertible - 4speed 4-carb. Then 1967 Coronet 383/727. Finally a '69 Mustang fastback 302 4 speed. I ruined the party by being born and come home from the hospital in Vega wagon automatic. Nothing interesting since....
