Says it's a temporary license. I dunno if that's what they actually look like. Several Pastafarians have argued the right to wear collanders on their head for official photos or proceedings as religious head coverings. It's social satire. Most of Pastafarianism is about separation of church and state, and that privileges and protections offered due to religion should be open to everyone.
