This is even better than the "fed to wild dogs" execution which turned out to be fake:
http://www.theguardian.com/world/2014/jan/06/story-kim-jong-un-uncle-fed-dogs-made-up
Well maybe it could, but there have been too many fakes for me to get my hopes up anymore...
Yes, my first thought was it sounds too much like the death-by-dogs execution too. But the reason that one got believed so much is that Kim's crazy enough that you could believe it. I'm skeptical at this point too.
Was Suicide Bear involved?

I am pretty sure that dude is bat-E36 M3 crazy.
Almost anything coming out of NK is believable.
Totally crazy. Not only is he allegedly killing off his dad's top people, but he's also allegedly killing his dad's family members.
Oh, and he may or may not have nukes.

I think its pretty well established they have nukes. What's more troublesome is they may or may not have a ballistic missle submarine. http://www.washingtonpost.com/world/asia_pacific/nkorea-says-it-test-fired-ballistic-missile-from-submarine/2015/05/08/b3ed2984-f5e8-11e4-bca5-21b51bbdf93e_story.html
On the whole "death by anti-aircraft gun" story, I guess it would be over quickly. I wonder if you have to send a sympathy card to anyone who gets "promoted" to cabinet level in the NK government these days.
All kidding aside, the idea that someone this crazy has nukes (and maybe a sub to launch them with) is more than a little scary.
Looks like they have also executed all their barbers.
Plus Seoul is like 35 miles from Corea del Norte. Wacky times, indeed.

He totally has nukes, but he's probably not crazy enough to use them - I don't think any current world leaders are. The only practical use of nukes for anyone who is insufficiently batE36 M3 to use them is that they get you a seat at the big-boy table of international politics.
You know, I just wonder how many fries short of a six pack this one is.

Apparently there are satellite images of the range where he was killed that showed a number of people lined up in front of AA guns last year. The images I saw were pretty sketchy and you had to believe what they told you about them, but supposedly the US has satellites that can read a license plate from space, so who knows?
The US had satellites that could read a newspaper headline from space in the '90s, so they can probably shoulder-surf your phone from space now.
"I've heard" they could read the label on a cigarette butt. Remember that the Hubble was an older model, defective, turned out to space.
I really wonder just how bat E36 M3 crazy he is, versus hype. "Oooh, the NorKs will get you..." Now, perhaps he stumbled on a cheap solution to multi-term politicians? Who's crazy now? "You choose: Dog or twenty mike mike."
In reply to Dr. Hess:
One things for sure, you have to REALLY want to be in power to run for office.
