I have had some issues lately with getting my sub. I contacted customer support for an address change and they were quite slow to respond and I still have yet to receive any issues. I would totally buy the 10 year sub if I could know I would actually be receiving the magazine.

How's that for customer service? Most places, if you can get a human on the telephone, will tell you that have "never had a complaint its not their fault".

It would be nice to get a GRM hat, but does the deal include any T Shirts? The last time I signed up for a longer term subscription it seemed like although I got a better price, I didn't get nearly as many T shirts as if I would renew yearly. Those shirts sure come in handy.
Do we get anything special for back to back 10 year subscriptions?
