This weekend the DirtFish RallyCross National Challenge visits Sebring International Raceway for round 1 of their 2018 schedule. We’ll be co-driving an especially cool 1983 Volkswagen Rabbit pickup owned by Grassroots Motorsports reader Leon Drake. This pickup isn’t just a cool off-the-wall build; it has chops, too. Leon and his VW claimed the Modified-Front Wheel Drive class win at the SCCA National RallyCross Championships in 2016.
