Once again an awesome Mitty. Thanks to you guys for allowing my son to run his Bandolero at the wet skid pad challenge. We now know why they do not race Bandoleros in the rain.
Love Porsches? You should have been here. Hundreds and hundreds of interesting cars from the manufacturer descended upon Road Atlanta.
Mitty attendees got an incredible treat: The opportunity to hang out and chat with our grand marshal, racing legend Hurley Haywood.
Ever wanted to drive around historic Road Atlanta? Spectators got to do it all weekend long during free parade laps.
BFGoodrich brought a fully-equipped garage to vendor row, free for any spectators to use.
Spectators were able to try out BFGoodrich's newest performance tires in their ride and drive program. This, too, was free.
The Concours d'Lemons once again brought out the awfully awesome cars we love to stare at.
The rain poured on Sunday, but we made the best of it and had a ton of wet, drifting fun with our competitors for the Grassroots Motorsports Skidpad Challenge presented by #GRIDLIFE and Lucas Oil.
The 40th running of Speedfest at the Classic Motorsports Mitty Presented by Hagerty at Road Atlanta could not have been more spectacular. Record crowds enjoyed perfect weather and an automotive nirvana second to none on Friday and Saturday—although we paid dearly for it on Sunday with some heavy rain. The legendary track hosted some of the very best HSR vintage racing throughout the weekend, featuring more than 100 Porsche competitors and hundreds of other historically significant machines.
Spectators were also treated to hosts of infield activities, including expansive car corrals, parade laps, the Concours d’Lemons, the largest vendor row we’ve hosted, and the Grassroots Motorsports Skidpad Challenge presented by #GRIDLIFE and Lucas Oil. The best way we can describe it is a circus for gearheads young and old. This event could not have happened without the support of our partners: Hagerty, Michelin, BFGoodrich, Vertex Auto, Flyin’ Miata, G-Force, Lucas Oil, Koni, Covercraft and BBS.
Join us again for the Classic Motorsports Mitty next year at historic Road Atlanta in late April.

Thanks for coming out and having fun with us, Kent!
By the way for everyone who wasn't there (and there's another news item coming on the Skidpad Challenge results), Kent here won the Grassroots Motorsports Skidpad Challenge in a Mustang SVO. It was awesome!
