What is that white car next to the Cobra?
Virginia International Raceway, the notoriously challenging track snaking through the hills in southern Virginia, has seen a complete refresh of its paved surfaces.
“I’m so excited to say, ‘She’s back!’” says Connie Nyholm, owner of VIR. “After a busy offseason of paving the full course and north paddock, and moving the start/finish line, the track is officially open. She’s also a bit wider in certain spots but her curves we love so much are mostly the same. Come experience her for yourself again, but like it’s your first time.”
