So, we’ve actually seen this car here before.
I was browsing the ads when it popped up, so I figured I’d share it with the rest of the class.
Someone here needs it, right?
Can the world use more wide-body Miatas? If some flare is good, more is better, right?
Here’s your chance to own a 1994 Miata already fitted with big flares. The seller intended to build, and we quote, an “autocross beast.”
The ad also mentions two words: project car.
Sounds like the Miata needs tuning and finishing as, like so many other things, Covid got in the way. No price is listed, but the ad says open to trade for lower-mileage sedan or SUV.

LOVE IT! Just my style...but with an engine conversion of some sort (ahem). Wrong time for me, but the right car. :(
So my question is about the suspension and wheels. Were the suspension arms extended? Or do the wheels have much bigger offsets? Or are these just super wide wheels? Or??

Wide wheels with a low offset. I don't think it was really a function-driven build, it was for style. But it's got that in spades.
