Reading my December issue of GRM today. The pictured car is not an '87 944 Turbo, unless it was seriously molested.
- Wrong front valence: 944 Turbo and S2 has a rounded shape.
- Wrong wheels: the pictured five-spoke Fuchs alloys fit up through MY86. For 87, the offset changed and so did the wheels.
- Wrong antenna. I think the antenna poking out of the front fender showed up on only the early 944 eight-valve, normally aspirated cars.
The pictured car is probably an '83 or '84 eight-valve, normally aspirated 944. Cheers,
Kevin
ummmm, it's the challenge, all the cars are seriously molested
In reply to Patrick :
And most of the time they're better for it.
I'd be kinda disappointed if these cars weren't absolutely beat and/or modified.
That's the whole point, isn't it?
